The owners wanted a spacious modern home with a protected outdoor area that overlooked the stunning views of the bay.
Bluewater Building worked closely with the owners throughout the build, due to the steep incline of the block this was a complex build. The ground floor was constructed with double brick and the first floor, timber frame and Masterwall. The alfresco was designed to take in the ocean views whilst being protected from the Northerly winds by the use of a solid wall.
The resort style front entrance sets the bar high with cascading timber stairs, deck lighting and feature custom fabricated entry pergola. The combination of polished concrete floors, high ceilings, timber feature wall and ambient lighting gives the grand entrance a luxurious feel.
