This architecturally designed home in Eagle Bay was designed to take full advantage of the northerly aspect with views over Geograpahe Bay from every room. The home was built on a steel sub floor and is timber framed with Maxline cladding in Matt Monument cladding.
This was a complicated build due to the layout was not straight forward. This truly tested the supervisors and trades but the finished result is outstanding.
