Located within Flutes estate this timber frame home was built on a steep block with a beautiful bushland outlook. The house was designed to be solar passive and blend in with the natural surroundings. The large boulders on the property were strategically positioned around the home to form part of the landscaping. This home is available for short term lease and will ultimately be somewhere the owners can retire.
