Where does Bluewater Building Co build?
We are based in Dunsborough and build homes of all styles in the
Busselton to Yallingup region, including surrounding areas. If you’re nearby, contact
us and we’ll confirm whether your project is a good fit.
What types of projects do you take on?
We specialise in custom residential homes across the Southwest, from concept through to completion.
Every build is unique—we also take on select timber framing and premium commercial fitout work when the project

Do you work from concept all the way through to completion?
Yes. We work with clients from concept to completion. This means we're involved
from initial conversations about your brief through to the handover of your finished home. We can
work alongside your chosen architect or designer, or help connect you with the right people.
How do I get a quote or start a conversation?
The best starting point is to contact Anton with a brief summary of
your project: your site, your rough timeline, and what you have in mind. We'll come back to you
quickly to discuss next steps, which typically means an initial site visit or call at no cost.
How much experience does Bluewater Building Co have?
Anton has nearly 30 years in the building industry, and Bluewater Building Co has been
operating since 2007. Our focus has always been on residential construction in the
Southwest, so we know the conditions, the local council requirements, and the unique character of builds
in this region. Our MBA and HIA awards reflect that track record.
Do you use your own team or subcontractors?
We use a combination of our core team and trusted, long-term trade partners. Every aspect of the
build is managed and quality-checked by Bluewater Building Co. We don't hand off and disappear.
Accountability is one of our core commitments to every client.
What are your business hours?
We are generally available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Feel free to call
or email outside those hours. We'll respond as soon as possible on the next business day.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All our work is covered by the standard statutory warranties applicable in Western Australia.
Beyond that, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we come back and sort it out.
